The City of Minneapolis’ Zoning and Planning Committee voted unanimously to lift the moratorium currently in effect in the Armatage, Fulton, Kenny, Linden Hills and Lynnhurst neighborhoods, pending a full council vote on Friday, March 11th.
BATC has been at the center of this policy discussion to limit the duration of the moratorium and get our members back to work. BATC publicly supported the Construction Management Agreement (CMA) in testimony delivered by BATC President Shawn Nelson.
