This Spring, the public has an exciting opportunity to help area families in need when they visit seven BATC Foundation Artisan Dream Homes during the Parade of HomesSM and Remodelers Showcase®
When visitors tour these high-end homes, they are asked to pay a minimal tax-deductible $5.00 admission fee at the door, which supports the BATC Foundation, the charitable arm of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. The BATC Foundation works in partnership with others to revitalize our communities and create safe, quality, affordable housing for people in need.
This year, there are four outstanding new homes selected as BATC Foundation Artisan Dream Homes. These four homes use the latest trends in home building, home décor and design. The Parade of Homes including BATC Foundation Artisan Dream Homes, presented by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities, will open for touring February 20 through March 20, 2016; open noon to 6pm Thursdays through Sundays.
Those looking for a glimpse at today’s remodeling opportunities can plan their tour for the final weekend. The three selected BATC Foundation Artisan Remodeled Dream Homes, part of the Remodelers Showcase, will be open March 18 from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and March 19-20 from noon to 6:00 pm.
