Let’s celebrate the major accomplishments of the 2016 Artisan Home Tour:
Traffic Visits Were Up 121%
Our third annual Artisan Home Tour was an outstanding event that brought qualifi ed buyers to builders’ homes. In its third year, the Artisan Home Tour grew attendance by 121 percent, and saw a 36 percent increase to our top visited home. And we delivered attendees of the highest quality to builders—with several clients already in discussions with their favorite Artisan builder.
Precision Promotion and PR
10 News Stories Ran // $500,000 Invested in Bringing Buyers
Combining mass media with highly targeted promotion that included social media, online search, retargeting, video and digital display ads, the Artisan Home Tour reached plenty of eyeballs; an estimated 75 percent of targeted (high income) regional adults were exposed to a minimum of three messages each during the tour. Over 80,000 Guidebooks were delivered directly into the homes of qualifi ed, high-income households. TV, billboards, magazines, digital and radio spots all included ads that were personalized to a specifi c home or audience type. A major social media component extended targeted reach while creating opportunities for real engagement from our audience. Additionally, our public relations efforts paid off big with news stories on KARE, KMSP, WCCO TV & Radio and Star Tribune.
228% More Traffic to ArtisanHomeTour.org
Our website, ArtisanHomeTour.org, saw 228 percent more users and sessions, and 218 percent more page views. In addition to our full website, our app partner Parade Craze, ensured our traffi c counts were precise and included photography for every home, and a place for visitors to comment about the homes and their experience.
Helping Those in Need
A substantial portion of every ticket sold is donated to our BATC Foundation, helping us continue to build and remodel homes for area families, and soon, supporting the homeless through our new partnership with Home Aid America.
