17 Homes and More on the Way
Some two years ago, several high-end BATC members approached our Association asking if we’d consider holding a high-end home tour. After strong consideration, our then President Curt Christensen, Lee Lyn Construction, appointed a task force of high-end custom builders headed by Lowell Pratt, Pratt Homes to give thorough consideration to the idea.
The task force held several meetings and sought input from builders and prospective sponsors, ultimately making the recommendation to our Board of directors to move ahead. the Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes (sm) was born.
We now have 17 homes signed up for our first tour, which is slated for June 7 through 15. You can see our builders at our Artisan Home Tour website.
Our kickoff for the event is taking place December 5 and we couldn’t be more excited about this great new BATC opportunity to showcase the talent and work of our custom home builders. We believe that by showcasing these exceptional homes, we elevate the craft of new home building and strengthen our goal of making BATC the premier brand for builders and remodelers.
