Fall Partner Pathways Breakfasts gather service organizations, builders, and trade partners to learn about the Housing First Minnesota Foundation
This fall, Housing First Minnesota Foundation was thrilled to host its biannual Partner Pathways Breakfast Series—inspiring gatherings that brought together community leaders, service providers, builders, trade partners, and subcontractors. These events created meaningful space for conversations about collaboration, innovative partnerships, and the shared goal of building stronger communities.
Service Provider Breakfast
On Wednesday, Sept. 24, we launched the series with our Service Provider Breakfast, welcoming both new and established nonprofit organizations. This event gave participants the opportunity to share their missions, learn more about the Housing First Minnesota Foundation’s Community Build Projects, and explore potential collaborations. From housing services to workforce development, mental health support, and wraparound programs, these organizations are essential in ensuring our projects provide not just homes but also thriving communities and hope where it’s needed most.

Builder & Trade Partner Breakfasts
On Tuesday, Sept. 30, we hosted our Build Partner Breakfast, where local builders gathered to learn more about what it means to partner with the Housing First Minnesota Foundation. Attendees explored future opportunities, gained insight into the Build Partner role, and discussed how long-term partnerships can create lasting impact. The energy in the room made it clear how much potential exists when builders and the Foundation work toward a shared vision.
The following week, on Tuesday, Oct. 7, we welcomed a range of local trades and subcontractors to our Trade Partner Breakfast. From framers and flooring specialists to garage door installers and home technology experts, these partners came eager to learn how they can play a role in upcoming Foundation projects.
We are especially grateful to Dakota County Lumber Co., sponsor of our Builder & Trade Partner Breakfasts. The company’s generous support made these important gatherings possible and reflects the team’s commitment to strengthening local partnerships and community impact.

Looking Ahead
This series was more than just networking—it was about laying the groundwork for collaboration that will shape future projects. The excitement and energy from all three breakfasts underscored the strong momentum we’re building together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us. Your passion and commitment make this work possible. Together, we’re not only building homes but also lasting partnerships and stronger communities.
