Yesterday, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz issued Executive Order 20-16, calling on several industries, including construction, to inventory supplies that can be used to combat COVID-19.
This inventory must be recorded and reported to the State of Minnesota.
Personal protective equipment, or PPE, includes items such as face masks and shields, isolation or disposable gowns, boxes of disposable gloves, N95 respirators, and goggles or eye protection.
Many Housing First Minnesota members have donated PPE to medical professional on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis.
To date, Housing First Minnesota members have donated thousands of N-95 masks and other PPE to health care professionals.
