Q: With the new Coming Soon Neighborhood entry, what qualifies as a non-permanent sales center?
A: If you have a development or a new neighborhood phase that is coming soon (one without any homes ready to open to the public), the Coming Soon entry is for you. A non-permanent sales center can include either a sales tent, trailer or a nearby existing sales center.
Q: When is the last date I can submit a new entry into the tour?
A: July 9th is the final date that we can accept new entries with 100% of the entry information and full entry fee (including a $250 late fee if your company has no other entries registered in the tour yet).
Q: Do I have to list a ‘Starting at Price’ on my entries?
A: No, the ‘Starting at Price’ is optional. You can use this field if you have upgrades added to the model that will be shown but you want to showcase the lowest price that this particular model can be reproduced for without any upgrades.
