Housing First Minnesota’s 2019 president John Rask, passed the torch on Dec. 12 to the association’s 2020 president Gary Kraemer, during the annual state of the industry and board induction. Kraemer, President of Edina-based John Kraemer & Sons, brings more than 40 years of experience working in the construction industry to his role as association president.
Under his leadership, Housing First Minnesota will remain focused on advancing the American dream of homeownership for Minnesotans.
“Housing is such a vital part of our community, our state and our regional competitiveness,” said Kraemer. “Our work as an association has been very focused on affordability and growing homeownership opportunities for all Minnesotans, and I’m eager to continue our work on this issue in 2020.”
