Housing Day at the Capitol on March 4th is one of the most important days for our industry. The event gives a chance to make a difference not only for those that work in the housing industry, but Minnesota homeowners as well.
We have one main goal for the day: Share Your Local Story!
Nobody understands the issues facing your business and industry better than you. Share what you are seeing in your local housing market with your lawmakers. Remember, your hometown area is their hometown area — all of the work at the Capitol is aimed at making the housing market work better for more Minnesotans in the communities of their choice!
We’ve included information on specific legislation that the industry is working on, but don’t worry about studying up or memorizing the specifics (unless you want to!). Our advocacy teams will continue to work with legislators on the details.
We simply need you to share what you are seeing in the housing market, what is impacting your business, and how this is impacting homeowners. Housing Day at the Capitol is all about improving the housing market for all Minnesotans.
