Highlights From April 2023
Statewide, the inventory of existing homes increased .2 months to 1.5 months.
At $534,299, Minnesota continues to have the highest median new, single-family detached home price in the region. The median new home price in Minnesota is 32% higher than in Wisconsin and nearly 19% higher than in Illinois.
Minnesota’s housing deficit increased to 64,310 units.
