Using data from government and industry partners, Housing First Minnesota’s Housing Dashboard provides a look at housing affordability, access, and inventory in Minnesota.
Highlights From August 2023:
- Regionally, Minnesota continues to have the highest new, single-family detached (SFD) median home price at $534,490, down slightly from last month but still higher than the $494,000 median new home price one year ago
- Minnesota’s supply of existing housing increased again the month to 2.3 months. A healthy market has a six-month supply.
