Highlights From March 2023
- Statewide, the inventory of existing homes fell .1 months to 1.3 months.
- At $523,330, Minnesota continues to have the highest median new, single-family detached home price in the region. The median new home price in Minnesota is 22% higher than in Illinois and 30% higher than in Wisconsin.
- Minnesota’s housing deficit increased to 63,617 units.
