The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) recently asked Housing First Minnesota to share a video to help the agency educate home builders and developers on the proper management of projects common plan of development.
Officially known as a common plan of development or sale, this term covers subdivision, phased project, or combination of construction activities and is best described as an area where multiple, contiguous, separate land-disturbing activities may happen on different schedules, but under one proposed plan.
