Housing First Minnesota is very happy to announce Sarah Adams as our new senior director of membership engagement & development.
Sarah was raised in the small town of Red Wing, Minnesota. After attending college and working in healthcare for a few years, she quickly realized that she was passionate about people and building relationships.
Sarah loves seeing people step into their sweet spot. She jumped into the world of business development and has worked in various spaces such as universities, private schools, international recruiting, nonprofits, and, most recently, the real estate and mortgage industry. She enjoys creating authentic relationships, getting to know others, and hearing their stories.
Sarah loves to see people thrive and strives to give others the best experience possible! She also loves marketing and creating opportunities for people to show off their gifts and talents.
Sarah is also passionate about traveling and philanthropic work. She has traveled to over 35 countries and has volunteered in orphanages all around the world.
She has two adopted sons from Africa and one biological daughter. Sarah stays active by paddleboarding, doing yoga, and walking her two rescue puppies.
