The Fall Parade of Homes starts this weekend with 406 new homes to tour priced from under $200,000 to over $2 million. Whether you’re in the market for your first home, looking for your dream home or want to see the latest styles and homes designs, the Parade is the place to be!
Homes will be open Sept.9 through Oct. 1, Thursdays through Sundays from noon to 6:00 pm all across the region. All the homes are free to tour with the exception of five Dream Homes that request a $5.00 donation at the door. There are four Artisan Dream Homes on the tour and one special Dream Home built for charity on the tour. Proceeds from the Dream Homes go to the BATC Foundation to help them build and remodel homes for area families in need.
The magazine-style Guidebook showcases all of the Parade Homes, with prices, images, maps, and descriptions to make shopping easy. Read through a variety of articles including our cover story which shares story of a multigenerational family living under one roof. For those looking for design inspiration, we’ve featured the latest styles from our Artisan Home Tour. There’s a calendar of events so visitors can plan their tours to attend special events like meet the builder seminars, wine and cheese tastings and even a fun free through competition on some of the sport courts in homes. Plus you can check out the Green Path Energy Tour participants on our Green Pages and discover useful information about energy efficiency. Guidebooks are available for free in Holiday Stationstores.
