Housing First is pleased to announce that Jessica Ryan, who has served as the Housing First Minnesota Foundation Executive Director, has been named Vice President, Development for Housing First Minnesota. As VP of Development, Ryan will oversee the fundraising, engagement, and development for Housing First’s caused-based entities and programs, including the Foundation, Housing Affordability Institute, and green building and workforce initiatives.
“With over 20 years of cause-based development and fundraising success across multiple sectors, Jessica brings a truly unique set of experiences that will benefit Housing First’s growth well into the future,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota.

Additionally, Housing First Minnesota is pleased to announce that Sofia Humphries has been named Executive Director of the Housing First Minnesota Foundation. She previously served as the Foundation’s Development Specialist. As Executive Director, Humphries will lead the Foundation’s operations, governance, and will oversee the Foundation’s progress on its multi-year strategic business plan.
“Sofia has played an integral role in the Foundation’s growth and success, we look forward to her leadership in continuing our Foundation’s emergence as an industry and community leader,” said Vagle.
