1. Sprinkler Mandate Ban passed through House and Senate – We had two strong, bi-partisan votes last week. The sprinkler mandate ban now goes into conference committee negotiations where it will face the governors opposition. Read more >>
2. BATC begins work to create energy code performance path – We are working to coordinate the build-out and promotion of an energy code performance path. Read more >>
3. Differences to be settled – This week conference committees will reconcile the differences in the House, Senate, and Governor’s proposals. Sprinkler and Code Cycle language is contained in the HF 843, the Omnibus Energy and Jobs Finance Bill. Learn more >>
