The industry’s workforce shortage is one of the two greatest challenges the industry faces, a challenge that Housing First Minnesota is focused on addressing.
For the past year, Housing First Minnesota has been working to build an industry-leading workforce development program. As our staff and leadership work in finalizing this program, we’ve created an opportunity for members passionate about helping to develop the next generation of industry talent: a workforce development speakers bureau.
Speakers bureau participants can volunteer to speak about their specific trade or construction careers in general. Speaking opportunities may be located in high schools, with our workforce development program partners, or at job fairs.
Members of the speakers bureau will be notified via email of any opportunities.
