The Power of the Artisan Home Tour Brand
Housing First Minnesota is proud to present the Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes. With over 70 years of experience presenting the nation’s largest Parade of Homes tours the Artisan Home Tour brand has grown to become a highly anticipated consumer event each summer. Our home tours get thousands of visitors over their various weekends, making them the perfect opportunity to boost exposure and new leads.
With the addition of a second Artisan Home Tour in the fall, builders and remodelers get another chance to reach consumers directly. Home tours give our members an exclusive opportunity to advertise their work and showcase new models or products.
On each Artisan Home Tour, consumers get to tour new homes designed and constructed by the region’s most exceptional homebuilders and amazing remodeled homes by the area’s top remodelers. Whether new or remodeled, these are all incredible residences that truly combine artistic vision with master craftsmanship, and do it perfectly.
Many consumers come out to see the homes on the tour because they intend to build or remodel within the next year. Others may be gathering ideas or aren’t quite ready to move yet, but they are establishing relationships through repeat visits to builders’ homes on the tour. Entering a home in the Artisan Home Tour can be a powerful tool in kickstarting new business.
