1 Schedule Home Photo & Video Shoots
Have a furnished home or model that’s camera ready? Do you have a professional photo or video shoot scheduled? Let us know! We can send our social media coordinator out to your home to gather extra content that will be featured on the Parade of Homes channels.
2 Submit Photos for Social Features
Send us your high-quality, professional photos and your home could be featured on the Parade of Homes social pages. This is a great (and easy) opportunity to share your work with a wider audience!
3 Pitch Stories for PR Coverage
Do you have an innovative or trending feature in your Parade Home? Is your home pre-sold to fantastic buyers who aren’t camera shy? We might pitch your story for news segments about the Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase. We’re always looking for homes that are camera-ready a few weeks before the tours start and need flexibility when scheduling with news outlets.
4 Promote the Guidebooks
Once we announce that Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase guidebooks are available, head out to a Holiday Stationstores or Kowalski’s Market near you! Snap a photo and share your excitement about the upcoming tours.
5 Become a Designated Green Path Builder
By becoming a Designated Green Path Builder, homebuilders can identify and market themselves as an industry leader in energy-efficient construction.
Reminder for energy tested homes: prepare your Green Path HPRs and display them in your homes throughout the tour.
6 Contact Marvin If Your Remodelers Showcase Home Features Their Product
