We’re excited to announce the launch of our new homeownership campaign: Homeownership is all of it. This is a year-long effort by your association leadership and staff to create a campaign that can be used across all of our programs and brands with the simple goal of promoting homeownership for everyone, everywhere.
Homeownership is all of it, but it is not attainable for everyone.
We know that there is strong support for homeownership across our region. We know that homeownership greatly benefits our communities with better educational outcomes, safety, security and wealth. Yet, we know, as those that build housing, that there are many roadblocks that stand in the way of creating a housing market with options at all price points, including the starter home market.
This campaign is all about celebrating the benefits of homeownership and raising awareness of how we can all come together to change rules, laws and processes to open-up the market for more homes to be built at all price points.
The campaign will start with the launch of a new website and an initial advertisement campaign. Look for opportunities to engage and share our message.
There’s much more to come with this exciting campaign. Homeownership is truly something that brings people together. We know that is something we’d all love to see more of.
