This summer’s Artisan Home Tour put custom design and craftsmanship on full display, drawing thousands to neighborhoods across the Twin Cities — and even beyond state lines. From brand-new developments to long-established communities, the homes reflected the architectural range of our region and the growing influence of the Artisan brand. With over 30,000 visitors, the tour attracted an engaged audience of homebuyers, design enthusiasts, and industry professionals eager to experience the best in luxury homebuilding.

Tour Highlights
In total, 21 incredible homes were featured across the metro, with four first-time participants joining the mix. Home locations included strong representation on the west side surrounding Lake Minnetonka, throughout the heart of the Twin Cities in Minneapolis and Saint Paul, and along the east side border all the way to Houlton, WI. These factors reflect what we’ve long known: that the Artisan Home Tour continues to grow in reach and return on investment for those who participate.
“The growth of the Artisan Home Tour is a direct reflection of the innovation and excellence of our builder and remodeler members,” said James Vagle, CEO of Housing First Minnesota. “This summer’s tour proved that demand for exceptional design and craftsmanship is thriving in every corner of our market.”

“We’re proud to see new builders and remodelers step into this tour, and equally proud of our longtime participants who continue to raise the bar year after year,” added Kate Gunderson, senior vice president of growth & engagement. “It’s clear that the Artisan brand continues to offer unmatched value for both our participants and our audience.”

Event Activations
This summer’s tour was elevated by a series of special events. The Wheelin’ with WINC bus brought together 100+ women in construction for a guided day of home tours and networking. The Artisan Summer Soirée, hosted in partnership with Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, offered an exclusive evening inside a featured Artisan home. And Inside the Design at Galleria Edina invited guests to hear directly from interior designers about the vision behind this summer’s homes. Together, these events helped expand our reach, foster community, and celebrate the depth of talent in our industry.

This year’s tour was made possible through the incredible partnership of our Presenting Sponsor, Pella Windows & Doors.

As we look back on more than a decade of Artisan, we’re grateful to every builder, remodeler, designer, trade partner, and supplier who made it happen.
Thank you for being a part of it — and we hope you’ll consider joining us for the next Artisan Home Tour, October 3-19, 2025.
