Penny Phillips, an attorney with Felhaber Larson; Mark Foster, Housing First Minnesota’s Director of Legislative and Political Affairs; and David Siegel, Housing First Minnesota’s Executive Director, provide useful information on issues affecting the business broadly, and the housing industry specifically, during COVID-19.
The session covers a wide range of topics including: complying with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and the paid sick leave mandate; the impact of the virus on permits and inspections, resources for safety on the jobsite, the CARES act and federal loans and action at the Minnesota legislature to address the current crisis.
